After a year debate, I did it, I “made the switch”…from disc to USB that is! I’ll admit, I was stuck in my ways. I had disc packaging I was happy with, and I was so in decisive on how I would package a USB nicely. But I was tired of burning discs. I also know that many laptops do not come with disc drives- that has to tell you something! And I was worried about how a disc will hold up in the long run, when it can easily be scratched or broken if not properly cared for.

Jumping ahead- I LOVE my USB’s. I knew I wanted a wooden drive engraved with my logo. It’s the one I kept coming back to. USB Memory Direct was one of the top recommended companies from other photographers. They also had the best prices in my research. When they arrived, I was so pleasantly surprised. The quality is wonderful. The caps are magnetic – what a GREAT idea! Another big perk I realized was the speed of copying images to the USB was more than half the time than burning a disc! Why didn’t I do this sooner?! I hope all my clients love them as well!

Here’s a little glimpse inside. I’m sure I will be tweaking things here and there, but for now I love it!
